Service Description

Let’s work together to reach your fitness goals! 1:1 training sessions can be booked to help you get started on your exercise journey, give you a little extra motivation & guidance, and to work towards any fitness goal -- ex: increasing strength & lean muscle mass, fat loss, improving proper exercise form & posture, and improving overall physical health. It’s important to me that you enjoy & look forward to exercising, which is why each workout is customized to fit your personal needs & preferences — we can utilize a variety of training styles, including different resistance modalities, bodyweight training, HIIT, plyometrics, balance, mobility & flexibility exercises, etc. We have access to many facilities in Orange County, so personal training sessions can be booked in your setting of choice -- gym, fitness studio, outdoors, or in your home gym. After you submit your booking request, you will receive an email from me where we can choose the exact location and setting based on your needs and preferences. If you need extra accountability, support, workout guidance, or have any questions, my clients have access to weekly or bi-weekly check-ins via email or text.
